Ok. State goes PAC or even SEC

PAC expansion targets are public schools in the Big 12.

UT, TT, OU, OSU, KU, KSU, and ISU.

If UT, OU, and KU all go East, look for the remaining states schools to stick together and head West. TT, OSU, KSU, and ISU is not an expansion "win" for the PAC, but it will hold serve with the other major conferences.

OSU main problem is if Texas+3 other Texas schools head to the PAC. Then OSU has to beat out some others to crawl their way into the SEC.
