3 permanent rivals is unnecessary


in fact for some schools one is unnecessary. 3 makes for unbalanced schedules .The only games I think that needed to played every year are: FSU-Miami, UNC-Duke, UVa-VT. I dont think anything else rises to the level of being protected.
