I think basketball is the factor that isn't being considered enough

if there truly is a breakaway of the P5 schools, March madness would lose a lot of its luster. The appeal of the tournament is the upsets and small schools making runs. If it's the same old P5 schools over and over and over, it will lose what makes it great.
