I agree with West Virginia even if they dont have a ton of people in state

I live in the DMV area and after VT, West Virginia are the fans i see most everywhere on the east coast. Fan Support is one area the ACC struggles with that the SEC got right. Most all of the SEC is from small college towns with rabid sports followings. Tech, Clemson, NC State and FSU are really the only comparisons in the ACC. West Virginia would bring a ton of fan support and electricity to the ACC and more of a SEC type atmosphere to those games. I would love to see Tech kick off the year with West Virginia and Pitt and West Virginia end the year in the backyard brawl as ACC games. I get goosebumps every time i watch the 1999 VT / West Virginia game ending. Those were some great fun games.
