If I was king for a day or VT AD with a quick TSL board plan, I would be looking at these areas. Bear in mind I'm not an architect, but do have an eye for spatial relations, detail, etc Not necessarily in any order and yes, this is a LONG term vision and big concepts requiring lots of $$$$ and stakeholder collaboration/discussion. It would be the VT version of Pitt's Victory Heights plus hoova, uncheat, FSU facilities expansions.

1. Expand the Cassell renovation vision, specifically Jamerson. Rebuild, renovate, expand the backside of Cassell/Jamerson into the Football Ops Center. Save the new lounge, SAPC, locker room as much as possible, but turn Jamerson into a "New Merryman" if you will. Coach and support staff offices, meeting rooms, auditorium, new weight room, etc Put everything football in footprint conducive to Beamer Barn, locker room, SAPC.

2. Connect #1 renovations to a rebuilt Merryman. Turn Merryman into Olympic Sports, Soccer, Field Hockey, Wrestling Center. Would have to be built outward and upward on the front side and connect it to the Cassell renovation for added space.

3. Put traffic circles at the north intersection of Beamer Way and access road between Merryman and NEZ. Put another traffic circle further up . Make this area a "green area" or restrict traffic access to only logistics and support traffic during game days.

4. See if the green houses can move somewhere else. That space is needed for the Athletics District. If they can and willing to move the greenhouses somewhere agreeable then,

5. Build a new and improved Rector Field House on the green houses spot. Would be Beamer Barnish, probably slightly smaller. Liberty has a VERY nice indoor track facility.

6. Demo or renovate old Rector to support Baseball, softball, saving and or expanding the training facilities already built.

7. Expand Tech Softball Park down the 1st and 3rd baselines. Add outfield seating.

8. Build a Sports Science Center and Athlete Alumni Center in the NEZ similar to what Bama did for sports science and what Indiana U did in their Memorial Stadium. Connect it to an rebuilt Merryman possibly - If required to build over the access road, include a tunnel as part of the structure over the access road similar to the tunnels throughout VT campus. Integrate a new video board, maybe spanning the NEZ into the new structure - IU or Texas for examples, but on a VT economy and scale.

9. I would make the FB practice field astro turf like the indoor with the nice logos included. Multi use, save wear/tear/fertilization/maintenance of natural grass. Looks like they've been running some practices in Lane anyway so there's the natural grass
