If Buzz would have implicated Michigan, I'd be all in 🤣. But seriously...


1. I have less sympathy for the "we got snubbed" argument now that there are 68 teams. To me, there's four teams in the tournament, that shouldn't be. Michigan, and three others.

2. He cherry picks that "after Valentine's Day" time frame. He cites his veteran guys coming back. But a veteran team with a nucleus coming back should ready to go at the start of the season. I might be more inclined to show favor to a school with a bunch of freshman, who lose early, but figure it out in the end. But that's just my personal view and I'm not sure that's how it goes (or should go) down in the committee room.

3. A&M got handled in the final against Tennessee. IIRC, Lunardi moved us into the field late in the first half of the title game when he saw that we were passing the eye test against a top 10 team and legendary program. And remember, I think he was factoring in that we still might lose. I think it was THAT close with about 10 or more teams. Tech had the juice in the final, A&M didn't.

4. I'd be interested to see Buzz's data that he collected.

5. I had Dayton and SMU ahead of A&M if that matters. But if A&M would have made the field, I would have no objection.

6. Sounds like Buzz needs to go to the NBA. Nothing wrong with that.

7. I think he's over the top here. But I still love Buzz.
