Agree 100% with your last statement. Let the play continue on and review


once the play is completed. Now that softball has instant replay there is no reason to not let the play finish out and then review. Heck, football does that a lot now so why can't softball/baseball for that matter? There is no possibility to get the call right if they call it and blow the play dead immediately.
