I unfortunately have no idea what we're going to do

I expect we'll leave before the official 2025 date. Between not seeing a need to drag out the "divorce" any longer than it has to be, and the current Big 12 schools almost certainly not wanting to split our (assumingly hefty) exit fees an extra 4 way with newcomers BYU/Houston/Cincinnati/UCF, that would make the most sense. But this is all 100% conjecture on my part.
