Is it time for professionalizing full time salaries for refs??


These refs are part time guys, who have other jobs during the week. WIth more and more demands on their time with family work and this, it is hard to staff up......

Maybe its time for full time referees (perhaps same for football), but I didnt have the answer where does the money to pay for it come from. ACC Expenses, (and resulting in lest to each school). Each school pony up more money??? I dont know.
