Ok, so overworked then? Yeah I get it


It’s a tough job for sure. If I could I would, but can’t with my knees.

Too few younger guys doing it to help bring the quality up.

Part of the game though? It’s politics as to who gets promoted through the ranks too. That soured me on the “profession” LONG ago

And don’t give me a sob story about not being paid well; guys who ref P5 college ball can easily make 100k
