Had a beautiful Magnolia tree in California. Wife loved it.

She was sad to see the new owners had cut it down after we sold the house and moved to Arizona. Would love to get rid of the Ironwood tree in the front yard and plant a Magnolia. The Ironwood is nice, but a Magnolia would be prettier. Just not sure if they do well in AZ. Besides, that ironwood tree is big and cost a bundle to trim it back every couple years.
