In that case, use the CFP ranking to break the tie

We need to get teams into the playoffs. Outright winners are preferred, but if tied, just pick the higher ranked teams.

IIRC, the old Big East Football Conference using rankings as a tie breaker to declare our champion. I think we even had a three way tie once (which btw is possible in divisions, too).
