Well that wasn't what you said in your post and I was responding


to it. Having 2 schools swap their protected cross-division game every so often seems to be more a complicated solution than realigning the divisions. MLB implemented that policy when it moved Houston to the AL. Now Houston and Texas rotate every year between Arizona and Colorado as their interleague partner instead of keeping Houston and Texas paired together.
