Uh...Fu got fired a bunch of reasons, but the biggest one was absolutely

personnel/recruiting. And we're already starting to see issues with CMY from a personnel and development standpoint. He's lost two of his better recruits and of the remaining 7, there is only one player who is making solid contributions (Cattoor) and one other who looks promising (Pedulla). 2 out of 9 isn't going to get it done. CMY should be given at least 6 years, but whether he gets fired after 6 will largely depend on the the most recent recruiting haul and the next one; along with his portal moves. If we're not a tournament team by year 6, he and Whit should be immediately fired.
