Fu, all the signs were there, even early on. Questionable clock management, use of timeouts, in game adjustments, late game decisions. There were clearly signs there early on suggesting that worry or doubt was appropriate by the fans.

With Young, we have seen the opposite. His clock management, time out usage, in game adjustments and clock management down the stretch have actually been pretty dang solid. We have a personnel problem. We don't have the go to guys to close out games.
