Check your CC&Rs. There should be a section on dues. If there is a limit


on yearly increases, it should be in that section.

More importantly, look at the condo association budget and financials to see where the money goes. The increase may be very needed if it is being spent on things like deferred or preventative maintenance. For example, a roof failure will ultimately cost a lot more than $96 per month.
