With a fee...actually insurance would cover the roof from a hurricane.. but I get what your saying about all of us paying.... i understand how it works and we pay for wear and tear like if the roof exceeded it life expectancy.... none of that is the case... i actually think someone screwed the books up. I'll figure that out but like to have as much info as possible before I talk to them about the increase .... hence me coming to the most knowledgeable people on the planet.
