IMHO, at the end of the day, they need to clearly articulate why they think

the fee should be raised, and what it is going to. Keep in mind, with the 'covid' and workforce pay adjustments that have passed throughout the land, the costs of housekeeping, gardening, maintenance hourly costs have indeed risen. An increase of roughly 100 bucks a month is really not outside of the realm of reality. But you should ask for that evidence.

Then report back to the board and we will tell you what to do next. It may involve Maltov cocktails, but we should reserve judgement until you have collected more information.
