Ice it since you just injured. It will recover much faster.
I have injured it before. When I forgot to ice it, it let me know.. Don't try muscle guns on an area that's mostly bone and tendon. I tried it and hurt it, which set me back. It didn't matter that I thought I had avoided bone. [Post edited by lchoro at 01/10/2022 10:23AM]
