I've been doing the stretches in the images ever since high school
cross country. On average 5 days a week in early morning, total of 15 minutes minimum for 56 years. Although I'll stay in age denial for as long as possible, the fact is that people lose their sense of balance as they age and the possible falls from that lead to total shirt-show health issues. Stretching and the resultant flexibility go a long way to prevent loss of balance.
