You say it proves your point but 1st paragraph admist the invalidation
That skewness in the range of statistical outcomes IS the entire point, that's the edge. Those rankings from 0 to 5 stars are essentially shorthand description for different probability mass functions (i.e. containing different values for mean, variance, skew, etc.).
Even if you don't realize it, the argument you're trying to make here is that there's no material difference between a loaded die and a fair die, because they have the same sample space of outcomes and their random variables can both be described by a probability mass function.
