House at OBX has it and have been gradually replacing myself

House was redone in 1987 and before could go after repairs the fund was bankrupt. I turn the water off at the street and we do not rent out so as time goes along I will have it all replaced. The house is on stilts so fairly easy to access and doing with PEX…. Not that expensive FYI. If a spot is really difficult to reach I do use sharkbite connections rather than crimp. I will do it for $16,999.
