I worked in Homeowners claims mgt for years and that Quest pipe was a

nightmare for years. We had people with 3, 4, and 5 claims. Just leaks everywhere.
State Farm eventually settled for millions with the manufacturer just before they went bankrupt, just to get some money back. Pennies on the dollar.
