Look into the Class Action Lawsuit and claims process.


Not sure what the rules are/were and how long it goes for but it was once you had 3 or more documented failures you could file a claim and get the whole house re-piped at no cost to you. This is how my dad did a townhouse in late 90's. Plumbers will not tell you about this because they get more $$ from you. You may find that work investigating.
