Pay me a quarter million which leaves about 2 million each for the best coordinators I can entice. They will be completely responsible for their respective side of the ball, stall, playcalling, recruiting, strength and conditioning, and player retention. I will coordinate everything else, including calling timeouts. Don't call me after 5:00 pm as I don't like pressure. But I can and will most definitel make tough decisions. If a coach or player likes chewing tobakker on the field, it will be permitted. We are True Grit. My coordinators get three years unless obvioulsy terrible. I get four.

We might otherwise forget the Fearless Leader-Communal approach and get the best guy we can find and make the dollars available for him to hire real staff that are not just his friends.
