after taxes the “coach” would only take home 1/2 that and the job is too high pressure to work for that piddling amount- it’s just too much of a high pressure job and too demanding to pay less than the going rate.

If you know anyone that makes a lot of money, say 6 figures, it’s not necessarily worth it b/c of all the time the job demands. It’s draining. The money is nice but it’s not why one does that job or they won’t last or be successful.
