I like the model where the HC …


gets minimum wage for losses and Big Bucks for wins, more Big Bucks on a sliding scale for number of wins, championships, bowl wins, student graduation rate (sliding scale), etc.

Makes more sense than, “Hey, here’s a crap load of money, you’ll get more if we get wind of you scouting for a new job and we’ll fire you when the fan base shows up at my house with pitchforks and torches. Now get out of here because I got to read through the latest change in the Tittle IX Regs.” 🤓
