Make the new VT head coach more of an executive position that fully relys on his coordinators and assistant coaches.

Head coach not directly responsible for offense and defense, should justify a salaray around 1 million per year.

Then allocate money to increasing quality and number of support staff.

This model would match up well with VT's budget, and provide possibly better over all coaching for kids, and more boots on the ground for recruiting.

There has to be a way around the 4 million dollar salary, while increasing quality of the staff.
