Thats a false dichotomy


Money for assistants, analysts, etc. generally will outlast the coaching regime.

I'd like someone to actually find cases where a new coach came in and commited to, "yes, I can do less with more!" "Nope, don't need more money for analysts and assistants!"

Also, with all the former hokies and locals flooding back into the staff in the last 2 years - wouldn't that be a case to see how these changes turn out. It was a Rona year so relationships couldn'tbe built in person - but this staff seems to be on the upswing with recruiting this year.

Personally, I see next year as the make it or break it year. For this entire staff. More so, some reinforcements for staff this year.
