So? my question IS VT destined to always be mediocre>??????


In the world of College football 2021, there is not mediocre, either you go the gusto or de-emphasize.

Either way in the middle doesn't work. the VT leadership and supporters must come to the conclusion 1) do they want (and pay for a top 15 program). If not fine, horne it in, reduce the staff, cut the support staff, and live off of ACC contributions... or

Go the gusto, VT knows how to get money , Damn they found the money for the Innovation center (500 million, data resource center on campus, the new District dorm etc. However, the other question is does VT have the qualified big time staff to lead manage recruit and run a 200 150 200 million dollar football program. That is the question.
