The scheduling alliance could come up with each school playing 1-2 "neutral" site games and spread them throughout the season. In season 1, the 14 ACC teams would play the 14 B1G teams at neutral sites throughout the ACC footprint, then 12 of the teams in the B1G would host 12 PAC teams at neutral sites throughout the B1G footprint, and then the PAC would host 12 of the ACC teams at neutral sites throughout the PAC footprint.

Examples, AZ, ASU "host" games at State Farm Stadium, Cal/Stan at Levis, CU at Mile High, UT/OU/OSU at Allegiant in Vegas, USC/UCLA at SoFi, UW, WSU at Lumen, Iowa/Min/Neb at US Bank, Wisc at Lambeau, NW/Ill at Soldier Field, IU/Pur at Lucas, UM/MSU at Ford Field, OSU at Paul Brown/First Energy, PSU/Pitt at Lincoln, Maryland at M&T Bank, Rutgers at Met Life, Syr at Highmark (Buf), BC at Gillette, VT/UVA at FedEx, UNC/NCSU/Duke/WFU at Bank of America, Clemson/GT at Mercedes Benz, LOU at Paul Brown, MIA/FSU at TIAA, Raymond James, and/or Orlando.

Weeks 0-11 of the season would offer 12 weeks of Saturday doubleheaders that could be a very attractive package for CBS. Toss in a couple of tripleheaders that CBS could put on their CBSSports network, and CBS might be willing to give that package a nice bag of $$$$.

Now, throw on top of that a basketball package with weekend doubleheaders in NBA/NHL arenas throughout the footprints of the B1G, ACC, and PAC12 with the 4 team being from the Big East, and you have a package anybody would love to pay big $$ for.

Because these are neutral site games, the conferences' tv contracts don't cover them.
