Agreed...I think most people with an objective view see...

...a decent chance that college athletics will eventually cannibalize themselves due to greed. I got alienated years ago by the money involved, so I honestly will feel completely numb if college football eventually collapses. It will have been completely self-inflicted and I'll feel absolutely zero emotion about.
