...but I do know that ACC membership has helped ruin my interest in VT football. I hate the ACC, especially as a football conference. There are no great rivalries, and many of the fanbases seem largely disinterested in football. As VT's program got soft like the majority of other ACC teams, I slowly lost interest over the years, and now I don't even watch VT's games anymore. That time is now devoted to other priorities like family, so in a sense, VT joining the ACC helped me realize my priorities were "out of whack" as CFB might say, so I guess that's a good thing.
