Since get "paid" via scholarship seems to not count then do away with them.


If the lodging, healthcare, meals, and on and on don't count as being paid then do away with them. Sign the kids to contracts that are paid by boosters and other revenue streams. The kids can get taxed and everything that goes along with working for a living. Learn what the real world deals with.
