What happens if the NIL activites are R or X-rated?


Or are controversial in other ways? It will be interesting to see how a school handles a female swimmer making big $ from a website featuring nude photos or something like that. Or a football player making a rap video that has controverisal content? Or players sponsoring businesses like cannabis, liquor, casinos, and firearms? Will the schools start enforcing "morals clauses" the way regular employers do? Where will the boundaries be set?

High schools will also have to deal with these issues as stars often get famous long before college.
