Overall, I don't think it drives the best behavior in human and team development, but also know most are all about money now. We think about this with football and MBB in focus, but a few nat'l women's volleyball teams are going to cash-in (and likely not by adding clothes)..Who knows where this goes....There are scenarios where VT comes-out a net winner....and Alabama elites struggle to keep a full stable of 5 stars happy, each vying for playing time....should be interesting
