That's not at all what Title IX says


Title IX says that you can't discriminate based on gender. It doesn't say you have to pay everyone equally. Does every college professor earn the same salary? Does the University president earn the same as a Graduate Assistant? Does the football coach earn the same as the women's water polo coach?

So why would anyone have to pay every athlete equally?
