That's been my experience for 30 years

I would have never thought of leaving SAIC before it went public and figured I'd work there until retirement. As a manager, I had tremendous support from the division, operation, and business unit. Then all that changed. Can't complain because leaving gave me a couple other opportunities and the chance to do a job that I loved even more for about 8 years before that cycle ran.
