Loved it about 6 or 7 of my 9.5 years there


When it was employee-owned, it was the best. My Business Unit was a real force, and I worked for a great BU manager. The work was interesting and challenging. When it went public, the emphasis went from doing interesting work and customer intimacy to nickel and diming everything. My awesome leadership left, and when I was recruited to another company, I was glad to leave. Wouldn't have changed any of those first 7 years at all, though.
