99% don't understand fitness


When it is all said and done, if you burn more calories then you eat/drink, then you will lose weight. It's not hard..

Burn 2400 calories a day
Eat/Drink 1800 calories a day

You sit at a 600 deficit daily, at 3500 calories = 1 pound, you will burn 1 pound every 6 days or 5+ to be exact
