I see this negativity hurting our recruiting


The incessant beeeoching and whining about Coach Fuente is so far past "getting old," it just isn't funny. When you see someone posting over, and over, and over, and over rants with no grain of truth, one has to wonder about their agenda. I understand commenting on something comes out in the news or press conference, but what we're seeing here is just pure poison.

I've seen people justify these posts by either saying "recruits don't read these boards," or "we're not as bad as the _______ message board." I don't believe the former for a second. We're in the social media generation, and can guarantee every recruit considering playing for Virginia Tech reads these boards, whether they will admit it or not.

Anyone who continually beeeoches and whines should never be allowed to comment on recruiting. IMHO, they are driving kids away from VT.
