Depends on how the bike is stored. You'll need to add more frequently if


you keep it outside or a hot garage. You'll just need to check the pressure on a regular basis. When you see it dropping faster between rides, you'll know it's time to add some. It's not that big a deal to pop the bead and add a scoop - the tire will seal right up since you're only breaking the bead in one spot.

Alternatively you can get this injector - it's worked for me. You'll need to remove the valve core to use it, but you won't have to pop the bead and reseal.
