Heck, I never did anything for 15 years on my MB

finally had the tubeless tires replaced just this past summer (annoying b/c they no longer have the same tire size) and the guy was telling me about doing some maintenance on them, me: maintenance? So, just to be of no help to you I forget. Just pump 'em up and away I went.

PS OK, reading up on this some guys are saying six months or even seasonally. "but the sealant usually lasts a lot longer" I'm kinda getting that once a year vibe, just add it to your spring checkup.
