The Midnight Sky by George Clooney

Based on a book, which I didn't read. He blew his budget on the Cinemtography and SE but did an absolute crap job on the script. The guy from the Revenant wrote it. That movie had little dialogue, and it shows here. Just really bad premise all around.

(Spoiler)

For example, they are doing a spacewalk and one of them is actually doing it for the first time and they start singing "Sweet Caroline". I mean really. And what happened to Earth? I guess we are supposed to guess? Who was the little girl was it a ghost? It was supposedly from what I could tell the female astronaut as a little girl? Was it time lapsed? I'm confused please help.
