I had the same issue but with Youtube TV but found out


it was an issue with my roku box. My internet speed was plenty good. Router was good. When I watched Vudu, Amazon or netflix, no issue. But when sports was playing on YouTubeTV, it would freeze and buffer. It didn't happen during regular tv on YouTubeTV. Eventually, I bought a new roku box and it has worked perfectly since then. Might be something to check out. Is it on just one TV or all TV's? If it is just one TV, its probably the hardware.
