My employer isn't disclosing names. Don't know if it's HIPAA related, but


they may just feel people will be more willing to come forward if they can do so anonymously. You may not want to be the guy that gets blamed for shutting the office down, putting everyone into quarantine or going thru extra testing. You don't want people to be penalized for reporting a positive test to their employer.
