I’ve been eyeballing these.


I’m big into Sous Vide & bought a Propane grill that gets up to 600 degrees. I use it to sear & do hamburgers. I also have an electric eels smoker. Did a 3 hour smoke last night & a 20 hour sous vide. Getting ready to eat.

I’m debating on either an egg or a Traeger to expand my repertoire.
