Grilled some t-bone pork chops from Omaha Steaks. I had never used a pellet grill before so I read up on it and watched some videos. It was easy to use but we didnt use the smoke feature. The wife and I both agree these were the best chops we had ever had. Tender, juicy, full of flavor.. i credit the omaha chops but the grill as well adding that mesquite flavor and cooking the chops to the exact temperature. I am very pleased.
