I think there's a lot of money out there that wants to get back in

when the time comes, that bottom is one pre-condition if not the condition for doing that just NO ONE knows when that will be.

As opposed to say 2008 when a lot of leverage was collapsing, that is, the liquidity is disappearing. That is there were no buyers.
