The market will only turn back up when business is normal-ish


We still have a long way to go in order to see the effects of people being off of work for potentially extended periods. Some people have already been laid off (ex: dock workers in LA). The impact on small businesses, if they survive. And the impact on banking, since they are the ones who control the money for businesses and house/car purchases.

All the moves up and down right now are still early in this story. The market may "pop" at some point, but normal is a long way off.
